Shipping and Returns

Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. All items are shipped with full 3rd party insurance. Ground, 3 day, 2nd day and express shipping is available.

Please note that many items on our site are MADE TO ORDER. This means that items need to have stones set, polished and cleaned before shipping. Please be aware that some items may take 7-10 days to ship. Please send an email or call us if the estimated time of shipping of an item is not noted in the item information. Full custom designed items have a 4-6 week minmum shipping date. However, there are many items that are available immediately as well so PLEASE check the item in which you are interested or email/call us for futher info.

Valentines Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged by the carrier in transit.

Return policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on all items that are finished and ready for purchase. Items that are custom altered designed from the ground up, or made to order are not returnable.

Items must be returned insured for the full value and in original undamaged condition.

We must receive an email notification that the item is being returned and the item must be at our location within 30 days of customer receipt.

All refunds are the full value minus shipping and handling.
